licensed songs gone

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.61.15.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs, except Pets, Vampires, and Magic
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Publish a book, License a song/lyric, upload a video. After you split a household or go to University all of these items disappear and you don't get any royalties anymore.
What happens when the bug occurs? All the published books, licensed songs/lyrics, videos uploaded are apparently deleted.
What do you expect to see? I expect to keep earning funds from published books, licensed songs, uploads.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

My main Sim had dozens and dozens of books published, songs/lyrics, videos and when her kid grew up and went to University all of those items are just disappeared. So in addition to the Household Collections resetting when splitting households, the inventory for licensing/publishing also resets.

    @crinrict I just tried recreating the issue and I can't. I don't know, maybe just a weird temp glitch that hit my whole sim family. The royalties seem to be working now. So weird! Thank you for your time and help! I have hot dogs spoiled and undeletable on my lot too, so maybe my game hiccupped. Thank you!

    Thank you for your response. I read through those messages. I don't have any issue with upgrades resetting or painting/plant quality diminishing. 

    My issue is specifically for anything that generates Royalties. Anything I've submitted to earn royalties disappears completely after splitting a household. It seems to me this error is closer to the issue of Household Collections resetting after splitting a household (although, I know nothing about how the game is made, could be magic as far as I know). 

    The books, songs/lyrics, vlogs don't get dumped anywhere else in the game, I check family inventory and storage chests hoping they reset into my inventory somewhere. But no. All gone.

    @jezzabella2313 To be sure, they are in neither household after splitting ? The books disappear from the inventory once you publish them, right ? So this is about not getting royalties after splitting ?

    EDIT: Also: is this only when you go to uni or if you just split a household and move somewhere else ?
