Lieutenant Colonel Can't 'Give Orders' - Daily Tasks
I did a search, but came up with no other issues around this. Ever since my Sim got promoted to Lieutenant Colonel, he can't do his daily tasks because giving orders isn't doing anything. Keeps say...

Are you "Practicing giving orders" on the training bot or giving orders to other military Sims?
