Unable to complete some actions

I am unable to give my dogs a bath. I have sold and bought a new tub, still nothing. I am also unable to hand my toddler toys. It has the option after learning to grasp, but then they put the toy away without handing it to the toddler. I have to cheat the need for the dog to make them clean again.
