Load game and new game option not loading.
Hey so, i've been trying all day to get my sims game to work properly. it was working fine yesterday i had all my households, etc. Today when i opened the game it reset and only shows New game, Play ...
@spottedviolet60 You only have backup copies of your saves, not any the game can read. But that's fixable: delete the .verx extension from one of the files, so that it ends in .save , and the game will be able to load it. If you want to test with multiple backups, rename them so they don't all have the same number, e.g. change the 2 to a 4 or 5.
If that doesn't help, go into the game and find the full path to your user folder, as the link in my previous post describes. Then list that location here.
