Loading Cas Problems

Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

• Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
• Tray Folder
• Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
• Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
• Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
• Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

I've made a report about this before but I didn't include picture.

Here's the issue, whenever I'm making a male sim. It always has this loading symbol in cas whenever i click on a cc clothing and it always happens whenever i click on clothing near the top too. I've waited for hours still nothing. I've tried to do the 50/50 method, it did it with all the folders. I tried factory reset. I've tried possibly everything and at this point i might as well go back to maxis xD. Please someone help. All i want to do is play sims again without this stupid issue. I've included some pictures of the issue and my last exception folder if that's the problem too.

It looks like the only possibility that you have not tried yet is to reinstall the game. This will not apply to the folders of your current game in Documents, it will only apply to the installation files in the Program Files folder. However, just in case during this reinstallation, keep the game folder on the desktop. launch the game and check if you have still this issue.
If the problem disappeared copy and paste into the new game folder the following folders and file:
saves, Tray, TrayDeleteItems file.
Next, try to copy and paste your mods and CC - very careful because some CC caused your issue - probably outdated skin or eyelashes

Hmmm...I never thought about skin mods or eyelaashes i'll see if deleting some works if not i'll try reinstalling

Sadly that didn't ;-; it seems like it only happens with cc clothing. Is there such thing as outdated cc clothes?
