It does include some personal information such as the name of your system on your Windows Network, the build version of your operating system and license type, The type and quality of your hardware, the system manufacturer if you've purchased a pre-built system, application associations for common multimedia types, and which recently loaded applications are causing windows to report errors.
None of this information really poses a file or communications security threat however it can be used to draw conclusions about your usage habits and possibly your skill level.
