10 years agoThe state of your neighborhood data may be the problem - the values which were set by your mods prior to removal may have caused malformation of the data structure as the result of errors during saving or package updates. If these problems do not occur with a new file then you'll have to roll back to your last good save then verify that your mods are compatible before re-saving.

10 years agoTurns out it is a CC item in CAS that is messing it up, because I just removed the CAS folder and it woks perfectly.
