Re: Sims 4 Crashing/Freezing/Lag, Surface Pro 3/7

Hi I am having an issue when launching the app it freezes although I can hear any clicking and the music I I have removed mods, cleanded folders, and redowlnoaded both EA and sims 4 but i cant get past the frozen main screen. I dont have mods or anything in the folder as of now. It is all new. 

attached is my dxdiag report from my surface pro pc if anyone can tell me if it is my system becuase I have tried every other fix I know since playing for the last 5 years
