Why it will not allow me to log in online from the pc?

Can you clarify your question? Where can't you log in? To your Origin account? Or you can't enter the Gallery?
Have you enabled on the Origin option "Origin in-game"?
Origin / My games library - right-click on TS4 - select Properties: Enable Origin in-game
