Long time save file has massive delay on actions

@TartSquirrel  How large is this save file, in MB?  You can see it in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > saves.  How much RAM does the game use when you've loaded this save?  The value will show up in the Task Manager.

For good measure, please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
