@akallycat Is this $1,000 U.S. dollars? If so, there is exactly one gaming laptop with a 14" screen and that isn't extremely expensive:
That configuration should be able to run all current Sims 4 packs together on ultra graphics settings. Its graphics card may not be quite fast enough for ultra settings by the time the game is out of development—we don't know how demanding future packs will be. But it should at least always be capable of a mix of high and ultra settings.
The same laptop comes with more powerful graphics cards; these configurations are unsurprisingly more expensive. The next-cheapest I could find is this one, for $1,200; its hardware is massive overkill for Sims 4.
Both these prices are heavily discounted compared to what you'd normally see, at Best Buy and elsewhere, so if you like the laptop, it's a good time to buy it.
If you're looking for something different, let me know what details matter to you, and I'll take a look. There aren't any other 14" or under laptops with similarly powerful hardware for a similar price, but there are some options with entry-level graphics cards capable of medium-high or high settings.
And if you have more questions, feel free to ask.
