lost my download and can't re redeem product code

 Redeemed code off origin and downloaded the sims it wouldn't launch and was advised to upgrade operating system so i did, origin also upgraded but now i have lost my sims download and i can't redeem...

I also have the same problem, the game isn't in the my games part of Origin, the product codes can not be used anymore, the Sims 4 can ot longer be loaded, if you know how to help without re buying it, then please do

If the game is no longer shows up on your Origin client, please try the following things

  • Restart Origin
  • Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the username. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place
  • Make sure it's not under Hidden Games
  • Reinstall Origin
  • Restart your router/modem,
  • Get in touch with a game advisor.

  3. Select a platform
  4. Click on the orange NEXT button
  5. Select a topic and describe your problem in a few words
  6. Click on the orange NEXT button
