Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

i renewed my membership and 9/10 add ons i purchased are no longer available and its telling me to purchase them again in order to play my sims everyone i speak to on technical support is telling different reasons for my issues not sure what i do i provided screen shots to them for proof of purchase and installation almost a year ago and nobody can help me
