lost my game

I have been playing Sims4 for almost 2 months.  I sat down tonight to play and it somehow got wiped from my computer (it was here last night).  I cannot locate it in my Origin Account.  I tried reactivating it, but since I've already activated the Redeem Code it will not let me do it again.  How do I get my game back?  And have I lost all my progress?

    If the game is no longer shows up on your Origin client, please try the following things

    • Restart Origin
    • Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the username. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place
    • Make sure it's not under Hidden Games
    • Reinstall Origin
    • Restart your router/modem,
    • Get in touch with a game advisor.
