lost pack :(

MY SIMS 4 PACK DELETED ☹️(

basically I was logging on to continue building my newcrest city but it said I had to reset the game to get my pack back, I went to my packs and it said I did not own any (I should have cats and dogs but its not there) and idk what to do bc its so expensive now and I don't want to buy it again!!!!! ☹️(

--please help me i very sad and my sim is missing me apparently ;-;

    If your DLC is missing from your account, it sounds like you may be signing into the EA App with the wrong account details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally bought Cats & Dogs on, and you'll see your DLC available in your game library to download and play again.

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA App to. If you need further help locating the correct login details, that's something live support can help with- you can reach out to live support by submitting a help request here

  • My packs are still gone and I KNOW I am in the right account, it even shows all my previous sims and that they had the packs that I own in them. It doesn't even let mw play because of it.

    @l65qz0a7vanh  The sims you see in-game have nothing to do with whether you're in the correct EA account.  For example, I could create a save that uses all expansions and transfer it to a computer that only has the base game installed, and I'd get the same error as you're seeing.

    Instead, please go to ea.com, sign in with the same email and password you're using within the EA App, open your account settings, click Order History, expand the timeline to All Time, and see whether your purchases are listed there.  If they're not, you're signed into the wrong account, and you'll need to figure out which one actually made these purchases.
