Lost Product Code for Sims 4!
Hey! So, A while back i bought the Sims 4 disc and i was playing it, it was fine. Then i stopped playing, recently i found the disc and logged on, however i have lost manual with the product code!
Please help!

Hey.
If you already played The Sims 4 you don't need more your product code. You have to log in using your account data which you add your game on.
You should be able to still play it as you've used an origin account- as long as you still have the details to your account then you can play! If you download the game it shouldn't ask you for the product code as you've already installed it to your device and origin account. If you don't have access to the same account anymore, unfortunately you can't play the game without a new copy as each disc can only be registered once. Hope you manage to play again soon!
