@magdalenaR Right, so the game isn't reading your saves where they're currently located. If you want to see for yourself, here's how to identify the folder the game is using:
https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
You'll either need to put your saves and other user content back into the folder Sims 4 uses, or use a symlink to point the game to the folder you want it to use.
hi, i did this multiple times but it said "the system cannot find the path specified" on CMD. i dont know whats wrong. can you please help ☹️ thank you so much

@camellia2k7 Please post a screenshot of the Command Prompt window showing the command you're entering and the result. Please also list the location where you'd like your user folder.
Finally, please list the location of your Documents directory, as Windows sees it. You can find it by entering this in Command Prompt:
reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"
