Low FPS after recent patch

My game used to run so well maxing 80 FPS on laptop mode sometimes, but after the most recent patch today it started maxing to 25-30 FPS only.. even 30 on a rare ocassion.. i removed all my mods exce...

@nviiw update: no improvement ☹️ it seems like laptop mode was the only thing making the FPS increase a bit to max 35, my specs are supposed to be recommended not minimum so i know i can play with good quality and high fps, seems like my problem is something with my laptop or the sims 4 not using my nvidia card properly?

@nviiw update again: tried it on low graphic settings, vertical sync tried adaptive and fast, disabled internet devices from settings, removed every cc and mods on a brand new sims 4 folder; nothing worked ☹️ can't believe i get max 20 fps on a new folder with no mods or cc
