Mail carriers now think its best to go through the house

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except the fitness and bowling stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Wait for mail to be delivered. Currently in Brindleton Bay in a default house
What happens when the bug occurs? The pathing is weird and the mail carrier decides to walk through the house every time.
What do you expect to see? The mail carrier walk on the sidewalks outside and deliver the mail
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
This is on a clean install of The Sims 4 with all previous saves and mods deleted.
