MAJOR GAME ISSUE & WANT TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR!!!
I spoke to help on the chat.
- They were very unhelpful.
- Do not write English well.
- Are not knowledgeable.
- Do not listen/comprehend.
- Rude.
AND I still have an issue. My game crashes after I installed Cats & Dogs.
This is after over 1 hr of messing with the problem on chat. Long wait times. Atrocious service. I'm tired of it. I have almost 700 hrs in the Sims 4. I have been a loyal customer.
I've attached the transcript of my 2nd session with your support. I've attached the crash report.
I want to talk to a supervisor. This is unacceptable.
