Manage Worlds Unavailable

I have owned the Sims 4 for a few years now, but today when I tried to play after taking a few months long break from the game, the option to go to Manage Worlds is unavailable. The main screen only ...

    For your old game use the load button.

    For CAS notice the button in the lower right.

I am having the same issue too. Just downloaded and haven't played the sims 4 before
