Map not showing up, connecting to gallery doesn't work anymore

My sims problems are piling up and i got no replies in the German EA help forum so i'm trying my luck here ☹️

ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS STILL PERSIST WITH AN EMPTY MODS FOLDER AND A FRESH INSTALL

Problem 1: When i try to connect to the gallery it just loads endlessly and nothing happens, has been an issue for months now. It used to work completly fine before. Sims delivery just gets an error message.

What i tried:

- cleared the cash

- repaired the game

- got all the newest updates

- removed all mods and CC

- started a fresh save

- added Sims 4 to my firewall and virusprotect as an exception

Problem 2: When working on a lot my game crashed. Ever since then the map where the lot was on shows as completly blank (San Myshuno, pic attached)

What i tried:

Any suggestions for any of my problems would be wonderful.. I spent so much money on this game and now it doesn't work :')

    @horresco  For the San Myshuno issue, just to be clear, do you see the blank map in a new save with no mods or custom content?  If so, what type of install do you have: EA App, Steam, or Epic?

    For the Gallery issue, can you set your phone as a mobile hotspot and connect your computer to it?  Make sure the phone is using data, not your home wifi.  I'm not suggesting you download a lot of data using your phone, only that this is a helpful test.

    Please also post the exact SDX error you get, either as a screenshot or written out.  And let me know if it still happens with your antivirus disabled, temporarily of course.  As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe, and you can reenable it afterwards.

    I have an install on the EA App and just checked again with a fresh save, San Myshuno works then. It seems like that one lot that crashed is corrupting the whole map, but it's not a mod or CC issue because it persists without those ☹️ I recently bought the apartment pack and heard there were issues and the thing DID crash when i tried to build an apartment on the San Myshuno map, but i didn't use any mods for that at all (i'm not a heavy modder in general). I really hope i don't have to kill the whole safe for this....

    Also, i feel like an idiot because i did disable my antivirus (Kaspersky) and suddenly the gallery worked again.... But i did add the EA app and the sims as exceptions to kaspersky so im honestly not quite sure what exactly is not coming through there D: But at least now i know EXACTLY what the issue is, that honestly helped a lot! Thank you so much

    @horresco  For San Myshuno, you shouldn't have to ditch this save.  If you have a backup from before this problem happened, try loading that:

    https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/recover-backup-save-game/

    If your backups don't go back far enough, try this (different error, same fix):

    https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2022/06/world-appears-twice-on-world-map/

    This approach will remove all City Living-related content from your save, but you can reapply it later.

    For Kaspersky, try setting an exception for the entire Bin folder the game's executables are in.  Some antivirus software seems to need that.

    Thank you! Sucks that i have to ditch the save but thankfully i do regular backups and had one that didn't lose too much progress for me. My virus protect still refuses to let me use the gallery but it works completly fine for me to just pause kaspersky for a minute when i want to check the gallery, i'm completly fine with that honestly. Thank you so much for your fast help!!! I can finally play properly again <3
