Marketplace missing the game packs, stuff packs and expansion packs

REMOgaming​  Yes, the regional restriction on Sims 4 content includes the UAE, as well as most of the rest of the Middle East.  I haven't seen your particular presentation before, but it makes sense that the Marketplace would be empty as well as the other shopping functions.

The regional restriction is absolute:   As long as you're accessing Sims 4 (and the EA App) from one of the countries on the block list, you're blocked, unfortunately.

I've cleared the cache but the problem remained. I'm in the UAE, has Sims 4 been restricted? I can't find any packs available for Sims 4 in the EA App, I can however see Sims 3 and all it's add-ons.

If that doesn't help, do you see any packs available for purchase in the EA App?  If not, what country are you in?  It's possible this is a weird symptom of the game's region restrictions, and I want to check before assuming your game is broken.
