maxis does not pre-screen or support mods

so, I have my cc in the right folders, I have the right game options on and off, I have uninstalled and re-installed my game and I have updated it (it didn't need an update) and it doesn't show up in...

Please open Terminal and copy and paste the following command then hit Enter/Return:

find ~ -type d -name "*Mods*" 2>/dev/null

After a little while it will return the results of the search. Please copy and paste the results in a post here.

What settings do you have Off in the game settings? Any settings related to 3rd party content needs to be enabled.

I copy and pasted "find ~ -type d -name "*Mods*" 2>/dev/null" and I got "The system cannot find the path specified." so nothing came up but that and I have everything on but "hide reported content" and "enable keyboard dynamic lighting"

        You're on Windows? This is the Mac forum and the command I gave you is only relevant to macOS 🙂

        Moved to the PC forum for better troubleshooting.
