magic_dabs64​ You're running DX9. Make sure the option isn't ticked in the options and you haven't added it as a startup in ea app

crinrict​ The sims 4 folder (the correct english term I presume 😅) in the Electronic Arts folder in your documents.

    Thanks. Guess creating a new user folder solved the issue as well then.
