Hello, memory boost is missing for me.

I recently reinstalled windows, and therefore had to reinstall the game. Since doing this, the option for memory boost has completely dissapeared in my game options so I have no way to turn it on. I was using it before and it worked well for me so I am not sure why it has suddenly dissapeared after a fresh install of the game? 


Platform: PC, Windows 11, DX11
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Everytime
What is your current game version number? 1.121.342.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except a few kits
What do you expect to see? option for memory boost in the settings
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? no
