Not sure what to call this but any time I'm in the Menu whether it's the Main Menu or the Menu in game I get this (See attached images). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and repairing the game. Please help I cant play the game if I can't see the menu

this looks either like a graphics card issue or a mod/cc issue
Are you using mods/cc ? If so, try removing them
If not, could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

You can attach the txt file to your post directly.
No mods and I can't get the DxDiag because I can't get passed step one of the instructions you provided

How do I do that? Also the menu is the only location that this issues happens.
Just click where it says Drivers and Support. Go from there.
