Mermaid Tail Glitch (in bath/shower)

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.17.86.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and dogs, discover university, island living and vampires
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When a mermaid sim takes a bath
What happens when the bug occurs? When a mermaid sim takes a bath the tail disappears and turns into like a mod that hasn't been installed properly and is black and red with question marks on it.
What do you expect to see? The tail to be fixed when the sim takes a bath.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Once i look back on the screenshots, i see that my other sim isnt showing up for some strange reason? Please help fix this glitch!!
