It looks like you don't have the most recent graphics driver. I would first try updating this graphics driver, which can be found here.
Have you tried running Origin in offline mode?
If either of these does not fix your issue, I would suggest closing programs you don't need in Task Manager - often this error can be caused by a program that is interfering with the game somehow, or that your computer is running too many processes and runs out of memory.
