Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I have read a lot of the past articles with the same issue, and none of the solutions work. I had to re-download Sims 4, and all of my expansion packs are missing. The files are on my computer; I can see them, but the game says they are unowned. I looked in "My Collection" and I looked under "Purchases," but nothing. This is the only email i have ever had. My saved games contain Cottage Living and Get to work, so i must have had them Im also missing stuff like bowling and gardening.  I even tried to move the file to the new EA folder but game still cant find them. How do I get them back? My only other idea is to back up my computer and then reset it back to when it was working. Perhaps the files will go back to the right folder.
