Missing DLL sims 4

I got the error sign and downloaded the Microsoft and so I downloaded and installed the appropriate redistributable package from Microsoft, but I don't know where to go from there? It tells me to restart my computer and other then that I have no idea what to do!
Sorry I'm using my mums computer and not massively versed in it

    Okay, open vcredist_x64.exe and click uninstall. Your PC may need to restart afterwards, once it has, install it as normal.

    Edit: I apologise for all this. Computers can be quite a hassle. :P

    Thanks! I did all of that, and it still comes up with the same error message as before!

    Welp, we got there in the end. Have a good weekend and enjoy The Sims 4! :D
