Missing exclusive content

Hello, I'm missing all of the exclusive contrent. I have every pack that came out and I bought them as preorder but I did not get the content I was promised. I'm talking about: - The Sims 4 Cottage ...

    Thanks for that, please see my post here for more information on which retailers you can purchase from to ensure you get any bonus items being offered.

Sorry to hear this. Did you purchase these packs from us directly via the EA app or Origin or were they from a third party?
