MISSING GALLERY ITEMS

@Foxley828 Are your saves missing too? And are you saying that your saved downloads are missing, as in they're not on your computer anymore, or that your uploads to the Gallery don't show up when you access the Gallery online, or both? If you haven't checked both, please do, and let me know.

My saves weren't missing they were all there.
I don't know where to find my saved downloads but my mods folder was intact. I don't use any mods except MCC Command Center but I have deleted that now as it's not up to date for infants and there are still no gallery items I've created in the gallery.
My personal library where I keep all the households/houses I've created is missing completely. Not showing in the gallery when I access it online.
I can get new things from the gallery - everything there is still intact. I can see Maxi's items in the gallery it's just my personal creations that are missing.

There are a lot of items in the tray too many for one screenshot - so do I just take the shot of the first few?
I never use one drive - never have. I checked there are no sims items in there.
As far as I can tell it's not running. I've never signed into it.
