Missing Games after Account Merge
I have spent an extraordinary amount of time with EA support in the last two days. I wanted to merge my two accounts, which seemed to not have any problems with the merge, however, afterward none of my games were in my library or showed on my account as purchased. I have always used the Origin client to play The Sims 4 (and 3 but I knew the issues with not getting my game stuff from TS3) but CS advised that I download and install the EA App instead--however, the games did not show in there either.
In the last 24 hours I've been told to just reinstall the EA app, or reinstall Origin multiple times, told they could not help and to contact them again when they might be able to help. It's been quite frustrating, and the last time I spoke to them they sent me here to report my issue, which frankly seems odd since I can't see how someone here can help me when the actual CS can not.

Tonight a CS rep spent a really long time trying to manually add my products to my account but was unable to get them all to go into my account. As of right now, the only games which they were successful in adding back to my account are the following:

Realm of Magic
Nifty Knitting Stuff Pack
Moschino Stuff Pack
Star Wars: Journey to Batuu

Eco Lifestyle
Dream Home Decorator
Discover University
and something labeled Bonus Content
I have all of the receipts for these items and/or redeem codes for the handful items I had purchased outside of Origin. I desperately need this issue to be corrected in some way or manner. Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to offer!

Sorry to hear you're having issues getting your accounts merged together! If all your kits and packs haven't been moved over to the other account, that's definitely something we'll need the live support to look into again with you- it's not something we can sort on the forums with you as we don't have access to your specific account details.
