Missing Houses and Businesses After Recent Update

After the recent Sims 4 update, several houses and businesses disappeared from my saved game. I manually replaced the missing lots, but I still can't place any houses or businesses in Newcrest. I tried troubleshooting by restarting the game. I also manually replaced the missing houses and businesses in other worlds. The issue with Newcrest continues despite restarting. I'm unsure whether this is related to the recent update.
