Missing mods folder

Hello, as I have run out of storage on my c drive I have installed sims 4 onto an external hard drive however I am missing the mods folder- I have turned them on via the game but the folder still isn...

@MikoCloudy2312 The Mods folder will always be in the Sims 4 user folder, which the game will always look for and create if necessary in Documents > Electronic Arts. If you've launched Sims 4 at least once, this folder has to exist. Here's how to find it in case it helps:
