Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

I had a random update about 24 hours ago and it started glitched so I uninstalled and reinstalled in steam, it says all my packs are in my library but they’re not showing up in the game even though the game says I own them, then I go to ea, and it just tells me to “manage through steam” it says “download able” but is already downloaded through steam. It’s the only account I’ve ever had for both so ik they’re the right accounts. I’ve tried repairing folders, the EA app, Steam, I’ve tried verifying the game through steam I’ve even tried a reset and uninstalled and deleted everything but it still says I own them but they’re not in game??? I go to pack selection in the main menus and it doesn’t give me a single pack to select they’re all greyed out? Im currently now reinstalling through steam but I’m genuinely confused as can be at this point … and I’ve seen posts where people are having almost the exact problem and all the solutions that have worked for them have not worked for me. I’ve been playing this religiously for 7 years and have never have issues like this before.
