Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I purchased The Sims 4: Island Living, Outdoor Retreat, and My First Pet Stuff on March 24, 2026. I have my original purchase confirmations, and my EA App Download Manager shows that these packs were previously installed on March 24, 2026.

The packs are now missing from my game and are showing as if I do not own them. When I check through Steam or the EA App, I am being asked to purchase them again even though I already purchased and installed them.

Please check my EA account and restore the entitlements for all three packs. I can provide my original purchase confirmations and screenshots showing the installation/download history as proof of ownership.

I am not requesting a refund. I need the purchases that I already made restored to my account so I can access the content I paid for.

    Qu33nVa3​ Check in market place, my collection, pack selection. Make sure your packs are activated.
