Missing packs/Missing files on Sims 4 PC

To whom it may concern,

I went onto the EA app and the sims 4 game needed to be updated, no problem. I see that all my packs are gone and that some files are missing and it tells me to go to my onedrive recycling bin for whatever reason. I go to restore but they just keep getting thrown out. I'm not sure what's going on. Even though the prompt comes up when I am in the game menu, I believe I am still able to play the base game. If anyone can please help me that would be super greatly appreciated.

    @battlestarved  For the missing packs, does the EA App think you own them or not?  I can't tell from your description, and there are several potential issues here.

    For the OneDrive errors, how much free and total storage does your computer have?  OneDrive will push files to the cloud if free space on the system drive is low.  To find out whether this is the case, open a File Explorer window and click This PC in the left panel.  Please list the free and total storage for all listed drives.
