Missing Sim! (Sims 4 City Living)

Question

Hello, I've been wanting to use the pre-made character from "City Living" in the Sims 4 named, "Danny Shino-Miller" but he's nowhere to be found! I looked it up, but the only answer I could get is that he is downloadable from the Gallery. However, when I look him up on the Gallery, he's (again) nowhere to be found! I'm wondering how I can find this sim. Does anyone have an answer?

I can’t find him or his roommate either. I play on PS4 and even tho we don’t have the “gallery” we have a library which is the same thing basically. However, you are 100% right. He is missing! And I want him in my game!&nbsp;
