missing the 3 task bubbles above the sims avatar

Uninstalled The Sims 4 Completely and Origin, I still don't have daily task/mood task to gain aspiration points. Any fix? thanks in advance

    Ok you mean whims. These are now turned off by default. You can turn them on in Game Options if you want.
