Ive tried doing that and its still not fixed im not sure what to do.
Are you using MC Command Center ? Did you update that to the newest version ?
I am having the same issue, it all started when i got the seasons pack

Have you tried clearing your game cache and deleting the the localthumbcache.package from the Sims 4 folder to help with troubleshooting.
