I have this issue as well but I have not downloaded any custom content or mods. And relaunching has done nothing.

what's the exact number you're getting ? Did you get the newest patch that was released late yesterday ?
Nevermind! I realised I searched the wrong error code. I searched just for error code 102 instead of the whole code. My issue was caused by the Lin-Z and the solution for that worked and all is good!
