Everytime I try to load in sims it says error code and tells me relaunch the game and I reset my game and it still doesn’t work please help
@Ironman_T1977 Please post a screenshot of the error, or write the entire error code in a reply here. The entire number matters, not just the first three digits.

@Ironman_T1977 If you have mods and CC remove them, delete any cache recommended by the creators and try to load the game.

This has been mod related in the past.

Check on the creators page to see if there's an update. Only put back what's deemed save to use with the current patch by the creator.
Please also don't name adult mods here.
