Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My issues are in the cottage living expansion pack. I have mods and custom content in my game, and when it is on I can't buy cows, seeds, and chickens. When I took out the mods I can't do some of the functions for the chicken coops and are animal shed. I try to buy them and nothing happens, Simoleans are not taken away and the game does not recognize it.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game does not recognize the purchase of cows, seeds, and chickens. When I did remove mods and get animal and reinstall them when I interact with coop and animal shed interaction menus do not appear, but instead a bright circle is shown and I can't do anything, but turn off my game using task manager.
What do you expect to see? I expect to get animals and seeds in my inventory or in their respective coops or animal shed. When I click on gather animal to the coop I expect a menu to appear.

Please describe the patch or change you made. After I downloaded sims 4: Cottage Living on July 27, 2021.
The game does not recognize that I bought seeds and animals. When I did remove mods and get animal and reinstalled them, some interaction with coops and animal shed the menu does not appear and is just a bright circle where the menu should be.
I just added the most recent UI Cheat mod, but I did not delete the localthumbcache file. That file is still in my sims 4 folder.
@Sailor_Gaia741 It's safe to delete the localthumbcache.package file. Your game will auto-generate a new one the next time you launch it. It's a good practice to delete that file any time you make changes to your mods folder.
