[MOD RELATED] No tiny living lot type

Just got the game and there is no lot type for tiny living only the normal one is there. So angry right now *cries*. Am I missing anything? Is anyone else having this problem too?

    If you have any mods that adds extra venues to the list options take them out. Hope this helps.

I have the same issue. I tried a lot that's not occupied, a new safe file, taking out my mods.The Tiny Home option is not there.
