[MOD RELATED] sims 4 109:316070fc:8905b0ff error

hi. since i have updated the game, i have been getting the error code: 109:316070fc:8905b0ff every time i try to go to a lot other than my sims house. i click the lot, and then it loads for a bit...

    @crinrict Thanks, it turns out it was the npcc mod that was causing issues for me

I keep having this (109:316070fc:bd1c3832) error code pop up every time my sim is trying to leave the lot or plan a social event and I don't know what to do it's driving me crazy! I have mods/cc in my game but however, I try the 50/50 method and I thought I fixed it but it didn't really work for me. I tried to repair the game like 5 times its doesn't have an effect. I even deleted localthumbcahe and nothing :/ If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it.
