[MOD RELATED] Sims can't get married/have others move in

I have a female sim as my main character, and she fell in love with another female. They are ohk being able to date, and propose, but when I tried toget them to plan a wedding event or elope, it would give me the action, but not follow through. After trying that, I tried having the other female just move in, but the action happened the same way. It was there but instantly disappeared. I reset both sims, but that didn't help. I cheated to add the other female to the family, but it still will not let them get married...

    Are you using custom content or mods in your game ?

    I was, and have now removed them. I had other issues in which made me result to it, but it works perfectly fine now. I also cleared my cache again, so that also may have helped. I noticed other people have had this problem, and in my opinion, they may have something in game they forgot they downloaded, or it could be because of their cache. But, just my opinion as that's how I fixed mine. Sorry for the bother.

    Hi @Sacred_sims66

    a mod is a third party file you put in your mods folder.

    There's cc (objects, hair, clothing ..) and mods that alter the behavior of your game.
