@paigelizowensz Do you use OneDrive? If so, it's possible that OneDrive uploaded the contents of your Documents folder, or at least part. This is not uncommon, and when it happens, all players need to do is manually move their files back to the appropriate folders on their hard drives.
If that's not the case for you, try searching your *.package or *.ts4script (with the asterisk each time). That should turn up any custom content or mods on your computer. If you find a missing file, you can highlight it and then click "Open file location" at the top of your screen, and you'll jump to wherever that file landed.

@puzzlezaddict I checked my one drive and it wasn't there. I also searched my computer for .package and .ts4script, and it says the file wasn't found. I think I somehow deleted it permanently from my computer, and I just have to download all my cc again. Thank you so much for trying to helping though!!
