Mods not showing up in game
Hey, I just recently got back on the Sims and switched over to the EA application from Origin. I began downloading some more CC, but when I ran out of space, I moved my Electronic Arts (including the Sims 4) folder from my C: drive to my D: drive. Then I launched the game and enabled CC and script mods, but when I relaunched there still was no CC in game although they were in my mods folder. After I decided to put the folder back into the C: drive and restarted my PC, but the mods still aren't showing up. In the process, I made sure to delete all the extra copies of the Electrontic Arts folder. Could I have some help, please?
Summary
-I have resource.cfg in my Mods folder (not a sub folder)
-I moved my Electrontic Arts folder to the D: drive then back to C: drive (C: drive > D: drive > C: drive)
-There are no duplicates of the Electrontic Arts folder
-CC and script mods are enabled
-Deleted the .zip, .rar, .7z files
-Deleted duplicate CC
-Updated/deleted any old mods
-Ran a "repair" on my game from EA application
@howethereal You can't simply move the Electronic Arts folder elsewhere and expect Sims 4 to find it. The game will always look for the folder in Documents and will create a new one if one isn't already present.
What it sounds like is that when you moved the Electronic Arts folder back, you placed it in the wrong Documents folder. Here's how to find the location the game is actually reading:

If you'd like this folder on D, you'll need to create a symbolic link to tell the game where to look. Here's how:
If you need further help with this process, please list the location of the user folder Sims 4 is reading, as in the first link above. Please also list the location where you'd like the Electronic Arts folder to be, for example D:\Games or similar.
